Once your commission is completed, you can post it wherever you like, alter it as much as you like, get it printed – it's yours! You'll receive both a .PNG and a .PDF file, both sans watermark. However, you cannot sell your commission, either online or offline, and you cannot use it for commercial purposes without my express permission. You cannot submit/feed your commission to any AI for data training or any other purpose. If you post your commission online, you must credit me by stating that I am the original artist, and you must provide either a link to my Carrd, Bluesky, Reddit, and/or YouTube channel, or include @CrowUnseen somewhere in your post.Also, I will retain the right to share the piece on my Carrd, Bluesky, Reddit, YouTube channel, and/or Discord at my discretion; you have the right to remain anonymous as the commissioner if you'd like, but I must be informed of this at the BEGINNING of the commissioning process.Please note that all the major decisions of the commission MUST be made during the rough sketch stage of the commissioning process in order for the changes to be free of charge. Changes made during the lineart and/or coloring/shading stages may or may not incur fees, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will not exceed the full price of the commission.Full refunds are only available during the rough sketch stage. Once the lineart stage has begun, you will only be refunded half of what you paid. Once the coloring/shading stage has begun, you will not be refunded for any reason. I will inform you every time I'm ready to move onto the next stage of the artistic process, and I will not proceed forward until you agree that I should.You and I both have the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and I will begin the process of providing refunds accordingly in five to ten business days.
